4. CAPM® – Certified Associate in Project Management

The Certified Associate in Project Management is a certificate shows that you have a knowledgeable background in professional project management processes. The target applicants are project managers who are leaders in major projects, willing to learn more professional project management skills.
What does the CAPM® test include?
CAPM® test includes 150 questions, all questions must be answered within 5 hours.
What are the prerequisites of CAPM® ?
To be eligible to CAPM® , applicants must have a secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent) and 23 hours of project management education completed by the time you sit for the exam.
How to maintain CAPM® ?
In order to maintain CAPM® , applicants have to re-take the CAPM® exam every 5 years.
5. PMI-PBA® – PMI in Professional Business Analysis
What is PMI-PBA®?
Target certificate holders of PMI-PBA® are project managers who wish to understand more of business analysis, which could be a big plus in moving one’s career ladder, not to mention shaping the project’s intended outcome.
What does the PMI-PBA® test include?
The certification exam has 200 questions, all must be answered in 4 hours.
What are the prerequisites of PMI-PBA®?
To be eligible to PMI-SP, applicants must all have a secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, 7,500 hours of business analysis experience and 35 contact hours of education in business analysis; or Bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent, 4,500 hours of business analysis experience and 35 contact hours of education in business analysis.
How to maintain PMI-PBA®?
In PMI-PBA renewal, 60 PDUs in business analysis topics should be earned every three years.
